I did soooooo well yesterday, that is until I decided to have a margarita and then I got the munchies. Had chips and a spoonful of chocolate frosting. Hopefully, I didn't do too much damage since I had eaten well the rest of the day.
Now, if I can just get myself motivated to exercise. My plan is to walk 3 times per week and to do yoga 3 times per week. OK, I'll do the yoga. I promise. I'm already looking forward to the muscle tightness later on today.
